BOOK THE TWINS

How the Booking Process Works

Request to book

First, you’ll fill out the form on our contact page where you can let us know the date, location, duration, and type of event you’re planning. We recommend reaching out at least 4-6 months in advance of your event - the sooner, the better!

Receive an initial Quote

We will respond to your contact form via email and let you know if we are available on your chosen date and if so, we’ll provide an initial quote based on the information you’ve provided.

confirm the details & Sign the Contract

The initial quote is a rough estimate and a starting point, but if it feels like we are a good match, we’ll continue to communicate to nail down the particulars before both parties sign the booking contract. At this time half of the total fee is due.

Make a Plan for the event

Once we are under contract we’ll work closely with you and any other event planners to choose the music that matches your needs. We will discuss all aspects of the event and iron out all the details so that we can show up and provide an excellent experience.

perform & Party!

On the day of the event, we will arrive at least an hour prior to guests’ arrival to set up and sound check. At this point the final half of the payment is due. After we’ve played for the predetermined amount of time, we can head out or stick around if you’d like - it’s entirely up to you.

The Synergy Twins allowed me to have them perform at my brewery event. The passion they showed with every passing note just puts a smile on your face. I’m glad to call them friends and can’t imagine a Sunday patio party without them.
